Our purpose is two-fold:

• Support personal growth by enhancing each person's understanding of her/his life-style in relation to health.
• Provide experiential study of Polarity Therapy and Training  - a system of learning the subtle and profound principles of health, for personal and professional development.

What do you mean by experiential study?  This is a hands-on training where you will learn and experience actual polarity therapy bodywork; learn and practice polarity yoga; and study the guiding principles of energy therapy as taught by Dr. Randolph Stone.
