Feeding Your Body, Mind, & Spirit


Learning to become still is a process of learning postures that promote sitting comfortable.  Throughout the hour and a half, we will do easy stretching postures, then sit in stillness, then move into new posture, sit still again, and in this way your body and mind will more easily obtain the desired state.

This is a series of monthly meditation at APC.

  • This class is included in the monthly fee. 
  • Or drop-in for a donation to the WCL Scholarship Fund supporting education in energy medicine / polarity therapy and retreat intensives.
