FOR ALL CLASSES:
- Your monthly fee can be applied to APC and/or Park Place classes.
- Monthly payments do not roll over to the following month. Any unused portion may be credited to a private session with Eleanora at $90 per hour.
- Make-up classes are available at no extra charge at APC in the same month.
Yoga Intensives: DATE TO BE ANNOUNCED
Back by popular demand, this 3 hour intensive is a mini retreat on deepening your yoga practice.
Inversions take pressure off the heart.
By request, this intensive will be on core strengthening and simple inversions for making gravity work for you and a healthy happy aging process. Simple inversions such as legs up the wall and more advanced asanas like headstand, shoulder stand, and for the daring, handstand are all possible in this class. You will learn safe and effective ways for breathing into the fear and flowing into asana.
This 3 hour class is about moving slowly into stillness. We move with intensity then deeply rest and again move with intensity and deeply rest. The process is truly amazing as you sink into levels of relaxation rarely experienced. Then our daily activities become much more energized; we sleep more restful; and productivity is increased. Find your flow here; return to who you truly are.

I come to you: 5 sessions (60 minutes each) for $375, or $75 per session.
